This is held in a tenancy deposit scheme for the duration of your tenancy. Refundable at the end of the tenancy, pending the results of your check out.

First months rent in advance

Covers the first month of your rental period.

Preparation of your tenancy agreement and associated document.

A full record of the condition of the property at the end of your tenancy.
